深圳公立医院改革正在推进，有医生反映改革后医护人员收入下降了！对此，8月11日在广州参加活动的深圳卫人委主任江捍平接受记者采访时回应说，这可能是某些医生对改革的误解和担忧，其实并不属实，改革是综合推进的，医生的收入不会下降还会适当提高。

　　之所以有医护人员对改革表示担心，是因为目前改革中政府补贴还没到位。对此江捍平说，深圳公立医院改革有个“1+6”方案，一方面取消药品加成，同时建立补偿机制，“这个非常明确”。补偿机制包括三个方面：一是有平移机制，取消药品加成的费用转变为适当提高医生诊疗费；二是财政兜底，补贴差额；三是提高医保报销比例，让老百姓也受惠。
