  针对食品安全标准存在的问题,卫生部高度重视,会同相关部门进一步加强食品安全标准工作,建立健全食品安全标准管理制度,公布实施食品安全国家标准、地方标准和企业标准备案管理办法,组建食品安全国家标准审评委员会,成立国家食品安全风险评估中心,开展食品安全风险评估,努力为完善标准提供科学依据,加快食品安全标准清理整合和标准制定(修订)工作。目前已公布了新的乳品安全标准、真菌毒素、农兽药残留、食品添加剂使用、预包装食品标签和营养标签、速冻面米制品等269项标准,覆盖了各类食品中涉及的健康危害因素数千项指标,标准间交叉和重复、矛盾和缺失的问题正在得到逐步解决。
