袁先生在实施肾囊肿手术中却被摘了肾，认为医院的诊疗行为存在过错，他将首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院告上法庭。记者日前获悉，北京市二中院终审维持原判，袁先生获赔医疗费、精神损害抚慰金和残疾赔偿金等共计9.3万余元。
