国家药监局部署开展餐饮服务食品安全风险排查--亲稳舆论引导监测室

  中新网9月12日电 据国家食品药品监督管理局网站消息,近日,国家食药监局下发了《关于开展餐饮服务食品安全风险排查工作的通知》,要求各地在2012年9月至10月期间,集中开展为期两个月的餐饮服务食品安全风险排查工作。

  《通知》要求地方各级食品药品监管部门要充分认识开展餐饮服务食品安全风险排查工作的重要意义,坚持预防为主、风险管理、突出重点、全面排查、积极治理、确保安全的要求,进一步增强风险管理意识,科学研究风险规律,认真开展风险排查,切实消除安全隐患,坚决防控食品安全事故发生。

  《通知》对餐饮服务食品安全风险排查的主体、方式和内容提出了明确规定。排查主体以学校食堂(含托幼机构食堂)、集体用餐配送单位、中央厨房、大型以上餐馆(含大型餐馆)、大型企事业单位食堂、旅游景区餐饮服务单位等为重点,各类餐饮服务单位全面开展风险排查;排查内容包括管理制度方面、人员管理方面、原料采购方面、加工制作方面四个方面;排查采取餐饮服务单位自查与互查相结合的方式进行。

  《通知》要求,餐饮服务单位要按照要求开展自查,并将自查情况及整改措施限期上报属地食品药品监管部门备案。地方各级食品药品监管部门要认真组织重点餐饮服务单位开展风险互查,互查结果应在一定范围内予以通报。
