　　今年1月11日，发烧女童服药后离奇死亡，家属申请医疗事故鉴定。经过半年的等待，女童小莙家属近日收到市医学会作出的医疗事故鉴定。结果显示，本医案不构成医疗事故。对此，家属很不满意，打算通过法律途径为小莙讨个公道。

　　记者了解到，双方争议的焦点为：女童家属认为广州医学院第二附属医院在患儿的诊疗过程中，未能及时发现心肌炎，存在误诊、漏诊，错过最佳抢救时机，造成小莙最终死亡；院方则认为，在患儿诊疗过程中，并未违反医疗卫生管理相关法律、法规，患儿的死亡是其暴发型心肌炎猝死所致，属现有医学技术条件下无法完全避免的医疗风险，与医方的医疗行为无因果关系。

　　对此结果，女童小莙的家属表示不满意，他们认为，在鉴定书上认定“医方存在不足”、“医方与患者沟通不够充分”这些是结论是正确的，但鉴定书上并没有详细列举其不足之处。“既然说存在医疗不足，就说明医生有过失的行为，为何鉴定书中认定主诊医生‘无医疗过失行为？”家属称：“我们认为医方存在着不足，主诊医生没有及时排查，以至于错过及早发现心肌炎的机会。小莙母亲主动请求让女儿留医观察，却被医生拒绝，又错过一次发现病症的机会。”小莙母亲说：“当时办理门诊转急诊，急诊室离挂号处不足十米，三四十秒就办好了手续，可刚回到急诊室，主诊医生已经开好药方和血常规检查单子。”因此，家属认为，这么短时间内医生根本无法完成身体的检查工作，存在误诊和漏诊。
