  针对景区餐饮服务单位,本次督查将重点检查其是否存在无证经营、擅自改变经营地址、许可类别、备注项目,转让、涂改、出借、倒卖、出租《餐饮服务许可证》等行为;是否严格执行人员健康管理要求;是否严格落实进货查验、索证索票、台账记录制度;是否使用存在安全隐患的野菜、野果、野蕈和非食品原料;是否存在采购和使用病死、毒死或死因不明的禽、畜、兽、水产动物及其制品和超过保质期的食品行为;食品加工制作及餐饮用具清洗消毒是否规范;是否规范使用食品添加剂;是否存在采购和使用亚硝酸盐行为;对监管部门的整改要求是否落实到位;经过餐饮服务食品安全监督动态等级评定的餐饮单位是否在显著位置摆放餐饮服务食品安全等级公示牌等。
