中新网9月13日电 据国家食品药品监督管理局网站消息，近日，国家食药监局和国家旅游局联合下发了《关于开展2012年旅游景区餐饮服务食品安全治理工作督查的通知》，通知决定于2012年9月中下旬联合开展旅游景区餐饮服务食品安全治理督查。各督查组将在每省至少抽查两个旅游景点，每个旅游景点至少现场抽查3家不同规模的餐饮单位。

　　据悉，本次督查将重点督查地方各级食品药品监管部门是否严格按照《餐饮服务许可审查规范》进行餐饮服务许可；是否督促餐饮服务单位全面落实餐饮服务食品安全操作规范，建立从业人员健康管理档案，落实从业人员年度健康检查制度；是否加强节假日、节庆活动和重大活动旅游高峰期间的监督检查力度，对发现的问题是否提出监督意见和整改要求并进行复查；是否建立监管信用档案，对有不良信用记录的增加监督检查频次；对违法违规行为是否及时依法查处；是否建立健全应急管理制度并开展应急培训，发生食物中毒事件后是否及时上报；是否按时完成旅游景区餐饮服务食品安全监督量化分级管理工作；是否开展旅游景区餐饮服务食品安全示范工程建设工作等。
