中新网西安9月14日电(记者冽玮 通讯员陈锐)一患者反复咳嗽伴发热半年，多方诊治没有效果，甚至被怀疑是肺部肿瘤，近日在西安交通大学第一附属医院进行检查，竟然发现是一个“鸽子蛋”大小的结石长期蜗居在肺部，医务人员几经周折，终于用气管镜“钓出”这个不速之客。经网上检索，这块结石是迄今为止中国临床上体积最大的肺部结石。

　　当日上午，陈明伟教授为该患者实施了电子支气管镜检查术，医护人员首先采用冷冻法清除周围坏死物做进一步检查，待坏死物逐渐被清除后，暴露在大家眼前的是一块深深嵌入左主支气管远端肉芽组织中的硬物，普通活检钳根本无法夹取，换用特殊的异物钳对它也无可奈何！若不经气管镜将异物取出，患者就只能在全麻醉下接受硬质气管镜取出或者开胸手术取出，这样患者要遭受更大的痛苦。医务人员决定尽最大努力使用电子气管镜将这个异物“钓”出来。
