中新网昆明10月17日电(记者 胡远航)云南省30个县(市、区)县级公立医院从10月1日起全面取消药品加成政策，开卖“平价药”。此举一出，社会各界议论纷纷，那百姓真能受益吗？17日，中新网记者专程前往试点县——寻甸县，一探究竟。

　　从10月1日起，云南省开始在16个州(市)的30个县(市、区)实施县级公立医院综合改革试点，试点医院全面取消药品加成政策，实行零差率销售。与此同时，将试点县级公立医院的补偿由过去的服务收费、药品加成收入和政府补助3个渠道改为服务收费和政府补助两个渠道。对医院取消药品加成所减少的合理收入，通过调整医疗技术服务价格、增加政府投入、加强医院内部管理降低运营成本等途径予以补偿。

　　记者16日在寻甸县功山镇中心卫生院(寻甸县第一人民医院功山分院)随机采访了几位居民，受访者皆表示，新政策实行后药价整体便宜了不少。带小孩前来看病的李永称，“不少药比外面的药店还要便宜。而因为参加了新型农村合作医疗，即便是看门诊，也可以报销45%的医药费。”
