　　记者今天(27日)从(上海)市人口计生委获得的最新数据称，本市40岁以上中老年男性人群中，约有半数患有勃起功能障碍，有一半以上者“自我报告”已不再有性生活。

　　据市男科学研究所对本市1720例40至80周岁男性的抽样调查显示，40岁以上中老年男性的ED(勃起功能障碍)患病率约为49.2%，以全国人口普查数据上海市中老年男性人口约600万计算，保守估计全上海中老年男性ED患病人数230余万。年龄是ED最显著的独立危险因素，随着年龄的增加ED患病风险逐渐增高。

　　调查还发现，高血压、糖尿病、前列腺炎、饮酒与否、是否运动均是ED的相关危险因素；高血糖是中老年人ED的危险因素之一；甘油三酯的高低虽与中老年ED的患病无明显相关，但是高甘油三酯水平在一定程度上可加重ED的严重程度。

The survey also found that,hypertension/diabetes/prostatitis/Drinking or not/Whether sports are ED the related risk factors;High blood glucose is the elderly ED a risk factor;Although the discretion of triglycerides and old ED illness no significant correlation,But high triglyceride level in some extent, it can increase the severity of the ED.

　　调查数据同时显示，本市40岁以上中老年男性有56.13%报告已不再进行性生活，这一点在60岁以上男性中表现得更为明显。专家分析其中主要原因之一可能是ED，另一方面我国传统文化观念也起到不可忽视的作用。而1720名被访者中698人仍有性生活，但其中39.4%的人自我报告有勃起功能障碍。
