　　徐镱轩介绍说，今年9月，该会与海军总医院医疗队对西藏3个县的疑似先心病患者进行了筛查确诊，最终有88名先心病儿童确诊来北京手术治疗，首批30名患者已于28日到北京并参加今天启动仪式。其余58名患病儿童将分2到3批到海军总医院接受治疗。
