　　据省级机关医院体检中心专家周明秀介绍，白内障晶状体浑浊，导致视物模糊，影响生活质量，一定程度的白内障建议老人最好实施手术，重见光明。如果不是太严重，不想开刀，第一是点眼药水，第二是注意眼睛休息，做好防护措施。目前老年人仍以心脑血管疾病及代谢病为主，如高血压、冠心病和糖尿病等，但现在近年来调查发现，老年性白内障、前列腺增生、肝囊肿、肝囊结石也在不断的上升。周明秀提醒，老年人平时要注重自身健康，应定期去进行血糖、心、肝、肺等检查，若查到某些指标不正常，不能忽视，需进一步跟踪。有条件的老人，应当每天分不同时间段检测自己的血压、脉搏，发现问题及时治疗；另外，对有“老眼昏花”症状应采取及时预防措施，严重的白内障可以通过手术解决。(张一敏)
