10月31日，兰州市城镇居民基本医疗保险门诊统筹工作现场会在城关区召开。自今年6月1日起，城关区率先在全区实行居民门诊统筹后，截至目前，已有近16万参保居民已与定点社区卫生服务机构实行签约，发生门诊结算人数达到近2万人。目前皋兰、永登等县、区仍未开始实行居民门诊统筹，兰州市将以实施城镇职工基本医疗、工伤、生育保险市级统筹为契机，在前期准备工作基本就绪的基础上，对居民市级统筹工作各个环节进行查漏补缺，力争在2013年1月1日起在全市范围内普遍实施居民医保门诊统筹。
