　　马辛：今年新出台的《精神卫生法》中要求，要在社区大力推进公共卫生服务，在社区开展心理咨询服务。安定医院也结合心理咨询、心理健康维护方面，在全市16个区县组建关于心理健康讲座的科普队伍，提高我们的服务能力。

　　马辛：今年5月，中国心理卫生协会在中国科协的支持下，经过科研立项和研究，发布了目前中国最权威的中国心理健康标准。一共有五条心理健康标准。第一，认识自我，感受安全。评价要素是自我认识，自我接纳，有安全感；第二，自我学习、生活自立。评价要素是生活能力、学习能力、解决问题能力；第三，情绪稳定，反应适度。评价要素是情绪稳定、情绪控制，情绪积极；第四，人际和谐，接纳他人。评价要素是人际交往能力，人际满足，接纳他人；第五，适应环境，应对挫折。评价要素是行为符合年龄与环境，接受现实、合理应对。

　　马辛：其实现在心理健康标准有各种各样的标准，国内有权威性质，大家认同的标准并不统一，比较乱。这个标准是我们在科协支持下做的大型科学研究，通过来自精神病学、心理学和社会学等方面的专家共同研究的，今年5月份在中华健康管理杂志上正式发表。
