本报北京8月23日电（记者赵婀娜）根据22日公布的《北京市幼儿园收费管理实施细则（试行）》，从2012年秋季开学起，北京各级各类幼儿园收费执行调整标准。幼儿园不得以开办实验班、特色班、兴趣班、课后培训班和亲子班等特色教育为名，在保育教育费以外向幼儿家长另行收取费用，不得以任何名义向幼儿家长收取与入园挂钩的赞助费、捐资助学费、建校费、教育成本补偿费等费用。幼儿园不得收取书本费。

　　根据《细则（试行）》，北京市幼儿园收费项目规范为保育教育费、住宿费及代办服务性收费。

　　公办幼儿园保教费上限标准每生每月为：一级园为750元（其中市级示范园可在一级园收费标准基础上上浮20%）、二级园为600元、三级园为450元、无级类园为250元。住宿费标准每生每月不超过300元。民办幼儿园保教费、住宿费实行市场调节价，收费标准由幼儿园自行制定后，报教育、价格主管部门备案后实施。但是民办幼儿园收费标准应保持合理和相对稳定，不得随意涨价、搭车涨价和任何形式的变相涨价。
