中新网11月20日电 卫生部今日在其官方网站公布《职业健康检查管理办法(征求意见稿)》，向社会公开征求意见。征求意见稿指出，为方便劳动者就诊和档案保存，职业健康检查机构应做好从事接触职业病危害作业劳动者的居民健康卡发放和使用工作。

　　为进一步加强职业健康检查机构的管理，规范职业健康检查工作，保护劳动者健康，根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》，卫生部部起草了《职业健康检查管理办法(征求意见稿)》。

　　征求意见稿规定，职业健康检查机构应当按照卫生行政部门规定，做好从事接触职业病危害作业劳动者的居民健康卡发放和使用工作。

　　征求意见稿进一步规定，职业健康检查机构应当建立职业健康检查档案并长期保存。档案应当包括下列内容：

　　(一)用人单位职业健康检查委托书；

　　(三)职业健康检查结果和书面告知材料，包括劳动者个人健康检查报告、本次用人单位职业健康检查总结报告(包括劳动者个人健康检查结果汇总、需要复查的劳动者名单、职业禁忌作业人员名单、疑似职业病病人名单等)；
