　　当日，记者来到呼和浩特市精神病康复医院了解情况。据医院护士回忆：“11月9日上午10点多，我们查完房在办公室坐着，病房那边打电话过来说，张某跌倒了，赶快过来一下。据他们反映，当时病人站在中间，‘哗’的一下倒地，见状人们过去扶他，一看嘴里面含着馒头，手里也拿着馒头，人们怀疑是被馒头噎住了，赶快就给他掏，掏出一部分来……当时张某二便已经失禁，然后大伙儿给他拍背、胸围心脏按压，那会儿患者面色和嘴唇青紫，给用了点药什么的，就没有抢救过来，一看瞳孔也散开了，各种反应也没有了……”
