卫生部在昨天举行的媒体通气会上公布，今年新增艾滋病感染者和病人68802例。其中男男同性性传播艾滋病疫情比例上升明显。截至2012年10月底，全国累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人492191例，存活的感染者和病人383285例。

　　卫生部疾控局副巡视员孙新华介绍，经性途径传播已成为中国艾滋病疫情的主要传播途径。今年前10个月新报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中经性途径传播所占比例为84.9%，去年同期为77.9%。其中男男同性性传播所占比例为21.1%，2011年同期为15%。今年哨点监测发现，男男同性性行为人群的艾滋病病毒感染率为6.7%。 (记者 方芳)
