记者从安徽省卫生厅获悉，安徽省卫生部门发布全科医生培养计划表，根据这一计划，到2015年，安徽基本实现城乡每万名居民有2名合格的全科医生，初步建立起“家庭医生”制度。

　　据介绍，安徽省于2011年底在全省社区卫生服务机构大力推广全科团队服务模式，目前全省所有市均推行了社区卫生服务机构全科团队服务模式，约60%的社区卫生服务机构成立了全科团队，以主动服务、上门服务和签约服务等方式为社区居民提供医疗服务。根据计划表，到2015年，安徽省全科医生(含中医)数量力争达到1.2万人以上，基本实现城乡每万名居民有2名合格的全科医生，初步建立起家庭医生制度，探索按契约人数付费和“全科医生首诊制”；到2020年全科医生数量达到2万人左右，基本实现城乡每万名居民有3名合格的全科医生，基本形成规范的“首诊在基层”的服务模式，方便群众看病就医。(王圣志 鲍晓菁)
