昨日，北京安定医院牵手全国7家医院，启动了我国首次儿童青少年精神障碍流行病学调查。该调查将力争用4年的时间，掌握我国各类儿童青少年精神障碍的流行强度、疾病负担等情况。

　　据安定医院相关负责人介绍，目前我国儿童行为问题的检出率呈不断上升之势，以本市为例，1984年儿童行为问题检出率为8.3%，1993年为12.9%，2002年中关村部分重点小学儿童行为问题检出率为18.2%；近五年的资料显示，我国儿童行为问题的检出率在13.97%至19.57%之间，留守儿童、单亲儿童、独生子女的心理行为问题尤为突显。由于儿童青少年精神疾病比较难以发现和诊断，国际上估计大约只有20%的儿童青少年得到了正确的诊断和治疗，而我国的情况就更为严峻。(记者 徐晶晶)
