　　通知明确，取得定点经营资格的企业在保证供药责任区域内医疗机构药品供应的同时，可以向本省(区、市)行政区域内取得麻醉药品和第一类精神药品购用印鉴卡的医疗机构销售麻醉药品和第一类精神药品。区域性批发企业调整工作应当于2013年6月30日前完成。现有区域性批发企业经调整后未取得定点经营资格的，不得再经营麻醉药品和第一类精神药品，库存麻醉药品和第一类精神药品按照有关规定妥善处理。各省级食品药品监管部门要及时将本行政区域内的区域性批发企业名单报国家局备案并通过政府网站对外公布。
