　　中国医师协会相关负责人在会上表示，造成当前医患关系日趋紧张的原因，既有医院服务和运行方面的原因；也有医疗体制机制方面的因素，比如政府对医疗事业投入不足、医疗资源配置不合理等，给患者造成很大的经济和心理压力，导致他们对医疗机构和医务人员极易产生抵触情绪。“但不可否认，医患沟通不足、不畅，是造成医患关系紧张的直接原因之一。”

　　负责人称，一方面，部分医生责任心减退、职业倦怠和冷漠，医务人员人文素质降低；另一方面，患者对医疗诊疗的效果期望值过高，认为治不好就是医院有过错，或者一些患者对医生开具的处方、检查检验项目及实施的治疗措施的必要性、合理性持怀疑态度，加剧医患关系紧张。
