　　国际食品包装协会20日发布了2012年《中国纸质餐饮具质量情况追踪调查报告》，康师傅、统一、五谷道场、今麦郎、白家、农心等6个抽样品牌的方便面碗(外层内侧)均被检测出荧光，其外层包装用纸很有可能是回收纸、甚至是废纸。

　　今年6月起，《纸杯》、《纸碗》、《纸餐盒》3项国家推荐性标准正式实施。该协会发给羊城晚报记者的资料显示，今年11月，由国际食品包装协会与北京凯发环保技术咨询中心联合组成调查小组，随机购买了北京地区超市内销售的6个品牌的方便面碗(生产日期均为2012年8月以后)，实验结果显示，6个品牌的方便面碗使用的都是非食品级用纸，不符合《纸碗》国家标准中“纸碗不应使用回收原材料”的要求。据参加发布会的媒体报道，此次调查的抽样品牌为中粮五谷道场酸汤老鸭面、统一老坛酸菜牛肉面、辛拉面辣白菜拉面、白家麻辣烫方便粉丝、康师傅香辣牛肉面、今麦郎上品红烧牛肉面。

　　该协会表示，消费者会直接接触到碗外部印刷的油墨，而《纸碗》国家标准并未对印刷位置进行要求，这是国家标准的不足，为消费者身体健康埋下了隐患。调查小组表示，同为纸质餐饮具，《纸杯》和《纸碗》国家标准对印刷的要求却不尽相同，因此建议相关标准制定部门为消费者健康着想，尽快完善国家标准。

　　国际食品包装协会秘书长董金狮表示，方便面碗的最外层一般都涂了一层光油，主要是为了避免油墨与人体直接接触，但生产过程中将产品摞在一起，使内外层接触导致污染内层。
