  自治区卫生厅厅长毕力夫介绍,对于人才问题,要重点抓“两头”,一头是基层卫生人才培养和使用,另一头是高层次卫生人才引进和培养。对于基层卫生人才队伍建设,当务之急是“增加总量”和“盘活存量”,重点解决人才总量不足和能力不高的问题。对于高层次人才问题,要给平台,给政策,给空间。争取到2015年底,引进10名左右学有专长的高层次卫生人才,培养40名左右代表自治区学术技术水平的高层次人才。此外,要大力加强医药卫生急需紧缺专门人才队伍建设。(北方新报 记者 段丽萍)
