中新网哈尔滨12月25日电 (记者 李柏杨 刘锡菊)25日，记者从黑龙江省卫生厅获悉，黑龙江省出台了《关于推行全科医生(团队)试点签约服务工作的指导意见》。2013年1月起，全省各社区卫生服务中心将全面启动全科医生签约服务工作，向签约居民提供基本公共卫生服务、帮助解决常见健康问题等服务。明年年底前签订服务协议的家庭比例将达10%。
