中新网12月26日电 国新办今天下午就《中国的医疗卫生事业》白皮书举行新闻发布会，卫生部副部长张茅在会上指出，基本药物去目录调整工作已经形成了一个方案，目前正在进行最后的程序当中，近期就能够公布。

　　张茅回答指出，基本药物目录现在包含了307种，主要是体现了基本医疗卫生服务的公平性和可及性，无论在大城市还是边远地区，在基层医疗卫生机构都能够优先使用基本药物，并且基本药物实行了零加成制度。根据基本药物制度的规定，基本药物目录要动态进行调整，当年规定是两年进行一次调整。
