  1日起,河北省将为全省各级各类医疗机构医师、护士及其他卫生专业技术人员建立医德档案,医德年度考核不合格者将不得晋职晋级。

  根据河北省卫生厅、省中医药管理局联合下发的《河北省医务人员医德考评实施细则》,医德考评包括规范医疗服务行为、尊重患者权利、廉洁行医等8个方面内容,其中,是否合理诊疗、用药、检查和收费,是否有“生、冷、硬、顶、推、拖”现象,是否收受、索要患者及其亲友的财物等都在考核范围内。
