近日，甘肃省卫生厅、省财政厅联合下发有关《通知》，要求进一步落实基本公共卫生服务均等化责任及有效使用项目经费，将基本公共卫生服务项目补助经费全部下拨到基层医疗卫生服务机构，人均25元的基本公共卫生服务补助经费，要根据绩效考核结果进行补助。

　　《通知》要求，基层医疗卫生机构开展基本公共卫生服务项目进行绩效考核，将服务数量和服务质量作为考核的重要内容，将考核结果与公共卫生补助经费挂钩。各级卫生行政部门对各专业公共卫生机构开展年度考核时，要将各专业公共卫生机构开展对城乡基层医疗卫生机构国家基本公共卫生服务技术指导、督导检查、专项考核等工作内容纳入考核重要内容，各专业机构每 年对基层机构的技术指导、督导检查、专项考核不少于2次，参与卫生行政部门组织的综合考核工作不少于1次。考核结果要与机构内部收入分配经费支付相挂钩，推行绩效工资制，发挥考核 的引导和激励作用，促进人员工作积极性。
