省卫生厅今天公布的《河北省预防与控制医院感染行动方案(2012—2015年)》提出，到2013年底，要完成覆盖三级医院的医院感染监控网建设，推动全省三级医院开展医院感染重点部门、重点环节、重点人群及多重耐药菌的目标性监测；到2014年底，各设区市要完成覆盖辖区二级以上医院的医院感染监控网建设。

　　方案提出，建立全省医院感染管理专业人员培训体系。2013年底建成省级医院感染管理人员规范化培训基地。到2015年底，全省90%以上的专职医院感染管理人员经省级培训并取得岗位培训证书。

　　方案还提出，2013年，全省二级以上医院要按照每250张病床至少配备1名医院感染管理专职人员的标准，配备数量适宜、结构合理的医院感染管理人员。同时，各级医疗机构要加强医院感染管理专业队伍建设和人才培养，及时更新并细化相应的管理制度和工作规范，制订符合本单位工作实际的标准操作规程，强化全员医院感染防控责任意识。

　　在规范管理医院感染重点部门方面，方案提出，2013年，100%的三级综合医院、30%的二级综合医院重症医学科(监护病房)、手术部(室)、血液透析中心(室)、新生儿室、消毒供应中心(室)等医院感染重点部门的布局流程、人员配备、质量安全管理达到国家有关要求。2015年，60%二级综合医院的感染重点部门建设达到国家有关要求。同时，医疗机构要切实加大投入，落实消毒灭菌、隔离、医务人员手卫生等医院感染防控基础性设施建设。医疗器械的清洗、消毒灭菌合格率要达到100%。(记者张淑会 实习生耿嘉)
