中新社北京1月8日电 (记者 孙自法)中国科学院国家健康研究组历时10年研究推出的《国家健康报告》第1号8日在北京正式发布。其研究显示：2011年中国国家健康指数(NHI)在100个样本国家中列第11位，高于美国、英国、法国、德国、日本、意大利、荷兰、西班牙等老牌资本主义国家和发达国家，居“健康达标型”国家之首。

　　中科院国家健康研究组组长杨多贵研究员介绍说，从相对狭义的角度，国家健康是建立在代谢、免疫、神经和行为四个系统自身良好运行状态。其中，代谢系统是国家内部各种要素新老更替、物质和能量转换的机制，是国家生命活动的基础条件；免疫系统是国家抵御自然、经济、社会等方面风险的屏障，是促进国家稳定、有序发展，维持动态平衡的重要保证；神经系统是保障和维护国家正常运行的“指挥系统”，它表现为国家敏捷反应能力、科学决策能力和强大执行能力；行为系统是国家心理、动机的内在特征和外在表现，它要求国家生存与发展内修外适。
