南水北调进京，2014年底后，本市将大规模以城市公共供水管网来置换、代替目前的自备井。市水务局供水管理处处长胡波昨天做客城市服务管理广播《城市零距离》，透露了上述消息。目前，自备井供水约占全市供水的1/5。

　　对于市民反映老旧小区的水管年久失修，出来的水有杂质，胡波介绍说，一些上世纪八九十年代的老楼水管内因为没有防腐涂层，时间长了，管壁内的锈脱落，导致出水有杂质。水管进楼涉及供水企业和居民楼产权人等问题，“初步设想将楼内的管线引入专业公司自行管理，避免出现资金保障、维修管理等顾及不到的地方。”（记者 王海亮）
