中新社北京1月18日电 (郝成涛 刘俊峰)由解放军军事医学科学院军事兽医研究所金宁一研究员牵头完成的研究项目《重要动物病毒病防控关键技术研究与应用》，在18日召开的2012年度国家科学技术奖励大会上，获得国家科学技术进步一等奖。中国工程院院士夏咸柱称，这项历时30年攻关凝聚着300多位科技人员心血的研究成果，使中国动物病毒病的防控能力达到了国际领先水平。

　　金宁一研究员介绍说，这项成果能够获得国家大奖，主要有以下几个突出创新点：一是分离鉴定了18种畜禽、特种经济动物和野生动物病毒，在国际上首次发现并证明新城疫病毒对鹅的致死性感染，国内率先发现2种新宿主来源的流感病毒和2种基因重排的流感病毒。二是在国际上首次发现了高致病性禽流感病毒跨种感染猫科动物虎和犬科动物狐狸，犬瘟热病毒跨种感染大熊猫、猕猴，制定了监测与防控措施，保护了濒危野生动物种质资源安全。三是在中国率先启动了动物病毒分子流行病学研究，重点明确了8种动物病毒病在中国的流行特征，国际上首次发现了貂犬瘟热病毒新基因型；解析了5种病毒的感染与致病机理，在国内首次揭示了口蹄疫病毒免疫逃避和重组的新机制。四是建立了针对动物病毒的15种检测方法，解决了临床诊断中的8项技术难题，获得2项诊断试剂新兽药注册证书，2项诊断技术被列为国家标准，实现了疫病诊断和免疫监测技术的标准化。五是攻克了17项疫苗研制及产业化关键技术，国内率先研制了15种畜禽和特种经济动物疫苗，其中7种疫苗获得新兽药注册证书；建立了中国首个特种经济动物疫苗GMP生产基地，实现了国内特种经济动物病毒疫苗零的突破。(完)
