　　食品“不含添加剂” 都是骗人的 food"No additive" Deceive people

　　很多人都有过谈食品添加剂“色变”的经历。于是，很多酒店贴出告示：本店不使用任何食品添加剂，有些食品也打着：本品不含食品添加剂等等。在近日济南举行的食品安全论坛上，中国工程院院士孙宝国表示，食品添加剂我们每天都绕不开，酒店、食品所谓的“不使用”、“不含”食品添加剂，都是骗人的。

　　在18日济南市食安办举行的食品安全论坛上，中国工程院院士孙宝国给与会者上了一堂生动的课：认识生活中的食品添加剂。他说，我们的生活中处处离不开添加剂，酒里含有色素、焦糖；馒头里含有酵母、小苏打，而小苏打属于食品添加剂里的膨松剂；我们吃的油条里含有明矾；　孩子们喜爱的冰淇淋、巧克力里含有香精、色素、乳化剂、甜味剂等大量食品添加剂……“我们做饭的油、盐、酱、醋里，同样含有食品添加剂；　还有我们经常吃的木糖醇，简直就是食品添加剂的化身……很多人害怕了，这些东西不敢吃了，我吃水果吧，水果总不会有添加剂吧，那你错了，水果在运输和保鲜过程中同样使用了保鲜剂和防腐剂……”

　　由于人们谈食品添加剂色变，很多酒店、学校食堂打出了：本店不使用任何食品添加剂，有些食品也打着：本品不含食品添加剂等等。孙宝国说，这些都是骗人的，食品添加剂我们每天都绕不开。“但食品添加剂并不可怕，可怕的是违法添加和滥用食品添加剂。”孙宝国说，“我可以向你保证：食品添加剂都是安全的，但是它的安全是建立在使用政府许可的品种、在允许的食品中使用、在最大使用量范围内使用的基础之上。”孙宝国说，我们日常炒菜离不开酱油，酱油提色增味，但如果不良商家添加过多的添加剂，这就是“毒酱油”，吃了对人有害。“有些食品已经过了保质期，不法商家又想把它们卖出去，就会添加过量的香精香料，意图掩盖变质的味道，这样的食品吃了对人体有害。”

　　孙宝国说，使用食品添加剂是提升食品品质、保障食品安全的客观需要；食品添加剂在食品加工、制造、流通、保存及食用过程中是必要的。但同时，必须完善食品添加剂相关法律、法规、标准，这是食品添加剂科学发展的重要保障，也是维护食品安全的迫切需要。(记者杨芳实习生李静静)
