最近网上出现了这样一则新闻：南京一19岁的女大学生，因为吃多了麻辣烫和烧烤，患上了舌癌，不得不切掉半边舌头！对此，湖南中医药大学研究院附属医院心血管内科主任肖长江介绍，由于麻辣烫、烧烤等的成本低，油料、汤料常含有超标细菌，有小贩还用福尔马林保鲜，这都是一定的致癌因素。肖长江还建议，“市民在吃麻辣烫、火锅等的时候也不宜过口太烫，因为口腔、胃等黏膜能承受的温度在50℃-60℃，温度过高会对黏膜造成伤害，引发舌癌、食道癌等。建议在吃热食的时候，先用汤碗凉一凉再入口。” (潇湘晨报记者王塔)
