记者今天从全省卫生工作会议上了解到，针对患者关心的医生处方是否安全、用药是否合理等问题，河北省今年将继续推进医生职业权力监控机制建设，并用3年左右的时间在全省400家二级以上公立医院安装医生职业权力监控系统，打造监控权力运行的“电子眼”，对医生的诊疗、用药、检查、收费等各项权力进行全过程监控。

　　据介绍，河北省今年将把这项监控机制建设纳入医院评审范围，作为医疗机构校验、不定期重点评价的具体内容，实施常态化管理。凡未提交权力运行监控机制建设和廉洁风险防控工作完成情况的医疗机构，不得参加评审。同时，将积极推进医疗机构与卫生行政部门联网，逐步建成全省统一、条块结合的医院权力运行远程监控平台。今年，省级所有开展权力运行监控机制建设的医疗机构必须与省级平台联通，尽快实现实时监控。(记者张淑会、周洁)
