1月24日，大江网记者从江西省政协十一届一次会议提案组获悉，政协委员刘精东提交了《关于控制大医院盲目扩张的几点建议》的提案。他提出，由于盲目扩张，很多医院疏于内部管理，或原本就管理不善，医疗设备重复添置以至于闲置，医务人员被分散配备，各部门之间衔接不够紧密，给医疗安全和医疗质量带来隐患。为此，他建议，应该加大基层医疗网点覆盖，缓解大医院医疗压力，没有能力扩大规模的医院应避免医疗资源浪费。
