中新网1月25日电 卫生部今日在其官方网站发布《2013年卫生工作要点》，明确要积极推进公立医院改革，建立以公益性为核心的公立医院绩效考核制度，适时启动第二批公立医院综合改革试点，争取2013年年底前全国50%以上的县(市)参与改革试点工作。
