中新网1月25日电 卫生部今日在其官方网站公布《2013年卫生工作要点》，要求加强人才、科技创新、卫生信息化工作，建立住院医师规范化培训制度，完善专科医师培训路径，做好“十二五”继续医学教育，落实乡村医生教育规划。

　　工作要点强调，做好“十二五”继续医学教育，落实乡村医生教育规划。在中西部地区和东部困难地区乡镇卫生院实施国家全科医生特设岗位计划试点工作。贯彻国家人才规划纲要、干部人事制度改革规划纲要，实施全民健康卫生人才保障工程。实施全科医生规范化培养、助理全科医生培训和全科医生转岗培训计划以及农村医学生免费培养。建立住院医师规范化培训制度，完善专科医师培训路径，建立公共卫生医师毕业后培训模式。修订全科医生评价标准。按照分类推进事业单位改革总体部署，推动出台相关机构编制标准。开展省和地市级新任卫生行政领导干部卫生政策法规培训。
