　　一直以来，农民工群体只有“大病医保”项目，不享有一般的门诊报销。在京农民工中，很多医保缴费基数较低。2012年3月，北京市人力社保局宣布，把农民工纳入城镇职工基本医保制度体系。不论北京籍还是外地农民工，均按北京市城镇职工标准参保缴费，由单位和个人共同出资，与城镇职工执行统一的医保制度。2012年4月起，在京农民工统一建立个人账户，统一办理社保卡，可选择4家定点医疗机构就医，实现“持卡就医，实时结算”。
