省政府办公厅近日转发省人社厅、财政厅等部门《关于建立城镇居民基本医疗保险筹资机制指导意见的通知》(下简称《通知》)，明确我省城镇居民医保筹资将与居民可支配收入挂钩，政府补助金额不低于总额的80%。同时建立缴费年限与待遇水平挂钩的激励机制，鼓励参保居民连续缴费、长期缴费。
