中新网上海2月17日电 (记者 欧阳开宇)全国中青年骨科医师手术标准化大赛17日在上海正式启动。

　　本次大赛旨在为中青年骨科医师打造学习、交流、手术展示的平台，进一步推进骨科围手术期规范化管理，促进骨科手术标准化规范化操作。

　　在当天举行的启动仪式上，中国工程院院士、《中华骨科杂志》总编辑邱贵兴指出，围手术期的处理是保证患者安全平稳度过手术、顺利恢复健康非常重要的环节，围手术期处理的好坏直接影响到患者的恢复。

　　邱贵兴说，以往医生最重视的是手术操作，但手术的完成仅仅是病人康复的开始。一项针对术后病人的调查显示，近60%的患者希望缓解或消除手术带来的疼痛。骨科手术后疼痛不仅给病人带来心理情绪的影响，也会影响术后康复计划的实施。围手术期的规范化管理要求医生详细评估病人的疾病及一般情况，制定合理准确的治疗原则、手术计划，预防并发症的发生。
