近年来，个别单位对救护车辆管理不严，出现将救护车用于非医疗救护任务，部分车辆日常维护不到位等问题，给医疗急救工作带来隐患。为此，省卫生厅提出，各级卫生行政部门、“120”指挥调度中心(急救中心)和医疗机构，要严格按照相关法律法规建立完善本地区、本单位的救护车辆管理制度和救护车管理档案，切实加强对救护车使用的管理。救护车作为医疗救护的特种车辆，只能从事与医疗救治工作相关的活动。各医疗机构的急救车、采供血机构的送血车等与医疗救治相关的车辆，均应纳入救护车范围，只能用于院前急救、转运危重伤病员、运送血液、巡回医疗等工作。各单位要严格执行用车制度，救护车只能在本单位调度人员或“120”值班人员的指挥下出车，严禁出私车、办私事、接送职工上下班、运送其他物资等。
