近日，笔者在人人网发起一个问卷调查，题目是：“您有提笔忘字的现象吗？”共收到有效问卷80份（参与调查者均为大学学历）。挑选部分常用汉字如：牙膏、大酱、辣椒、朦胧、龋齿，踽踽独行、针灸等，进行测试，结果显示:“酱、膏”，80人中有1/3的人没有写对；“朦胧”，有9/10的人没有写对；而“踽踽独行”中的“踽”，“龋齿”的“龋”，情况更不容乐观，全军覆没。当被问及提笔忘字的原因时，80人中有84%回答是：长期使用电脑输入，造成提笔忘字。离开纸笔、亲近键盘，闯入网络时代的汉字书写，让大学生不会写字。提笔忘字现象令人堪忧。

　　当被问到“怎么看待自己提笔忘字的现象”时，在80份被随机抽查的对象中，只有4人认为这种现象应该重视，仅占总人数的1/20。来自北京航空航天大学的张飞说，提笔忘字当然不是我们所希望的，但现在大家工作压力很大，要是靠逐字去写而完成一个课题，那黄花菜都凉了！再说了，网上不是照样能写出优美的书法来嘛！

　　北京师范大学中文系王宁教授认为，文字不仅仅是简单地传播信息，其本身就是文化的载体。如果一切都标准化，社会就没有了审美，也就变得贫乏而丧失了想象力。汉字是人类所创造的最为抽象的艺术，是中华文明的标志，又是传承中华文化的工具。如何应对提笔忘字，是在考验我们对待母语文字的态度。
