骨科手术后的疼痛不仅给病人带来心理情绪的影响，也会影响术后康复计划的实施。北京协和医院邱贵兴院士日前指出：骨科手术“围手术期”的处理是保证患者安全平稳度过手术、顺利恢复健康非常重要的环节。围手术期处理的好坏直接影响到患者的恢复。
