中新网2月20日电 据中国政府网消息，国务院办公厅近日发布关于巩固完善基本药物制度和基层运行新机制的意见。意见要求，推行院(中心)务公开。基层医疗卫生机构要定期公开医疗服务信息、财务收支状况、医疗服务价格、基本公共卫生服务项目、政府专项资金使用和绩效考核情况等，主动接受社会监督。
