　　2013年上海市人口和计划生育工作会议今日(2月19日)召开，新民网记者从会上获悉，针对常住人口出生性别比仍然偏高的问题，今年将探索开展住院分娩实名登记试点和出生人口性别比监测试点。

　　据初步统计，2012年全市出生人口性别比为112.4，比2011年下降0.7；非本市户籍人口出生性别比为117.8，比2011年下降1.4。

　　市计生部门表示，常住人口出生性别比仍然偏高。虽然本市的出生缺陷率低于全国水平，但是远高于发达国家水平。不孕不育率呈增高趋势(10%左右)。同时，非意愿妊娠的人工流产现象突出，未婚女性人流占总人数的1/3，生殖健康状况不容乐观。
