昨天，本市首个营利性养老机构——恭和苑养老健康服务中心投入使用。该机构采取国际上通行的“医养结合”养老模式，老年人在该机构养老可与大医院实现绿色通道就诊。记者从市民政局等部门获悉，“医养结合”试点的扶持政策及相关的行业规范及标准即将公布。

　　市民政局相关数据显示，目前本市约有12万老人需集中养老，还有4万至7万张养老床位缺口。此次投用的恭和苑养老健康服务中心占地13000平方米，可为老人提供400多张床位，并为老人提供个性化的居家生活服务、医养结合的养老医疗服务等。该中心可接收自理、半自理、不能自理以及失智老人，每间房内都设有电动沙发、电动马桶等，可帮助老人顺利起坐。
