　　顾晋：医患关系走到今天这一步，有体制原因，有社会原因，也有医生自己的问题，但我必须呼吁，要强力打击医闹，保障医院就医环境；出现医疗事故，应通过医责险去解决；作为医生，我们也要反思自己。80%的医患纠纷，不是医疗差错，而是沟通问题。目前，医学院校对医生的沟通能力培养有欠缺，很多医生因职称晋升等各种压力，专注于专业领域，热衷于参加培训、写论文、申请科研项目；但人文领域的讲座，都没人愿意去。在医院里，患者是已经遭受病痛折磨，情绪不稳定的特殊群体，如果医生不讲沟通，当然会引起患者的反感。我的经验是，做医生，很多时候情商比智商重要。
