  很多准备怀孕和已怀孕的女性,会比其他人更重视“补身体”,吃肉不太注意控制。但是,美国“医景”网发布最新研究却称:孕前、孕期多吃红肉,会增加女性患妊娠糖尿病风险,而多吃大豆等植物蛋白,则可以降低该病的风险
