　　姚志彬表示，相关监测显示，发布医疗广告的医疗机构绝大多数是民营医疗机构。从违规性质分析，主要有未取得或使用假冒、过期广告文号，篡改审批广告内容，未刊登广告文号，以“讲座”形式变相发布医疗广告。
