卫生部、总后卫生部13日发布“重大新药创制”科技重大专项“十二五”实施计划2014年新增课题申报指南，提出重点支持具有重大目标导向和良好运行机制的集成性课题，优先支持企业牵头联合高校与科研机构的以实现产业化为目标的实质性联合申请。

　　指南提出，针对儿科疾病、老年病等严重危害人民健康的多发病和常见病，自主创制或技术改造符合“培育重大产品、满足重要需求、解决重点问题”原则要求的药物品种。其中，化学药包括抗多重耐药菌、广谱抗病毒、精神疾患、心脑血管及免疫、抗肿瘤、代谢疾病等具有自主知识产权的新靶点、新技术药物，满足临床和产业需求的专利到期药的仿制再创新，候选药物再定位；中药包括多学科创新中药、中药复方新药、经方验方开发、组分中药、中药国际化注册研究、中药注射剂安全性系统评价和大品种药物上市后再评价；生物药包括新型抗体、新型疫苗、联合疫苗及疫苗佐剂、多肽、凝血因子等基因工程药物、基因治疗与核酸药物、干细胞药物、生物类似药等。 （记者 吕诺）
